Getting out of bed early can sometimes seem like an arduous task, the thought of facing the outside world can seem rather daunting when you’ve just woken up in the warmth of your own bed. However more often than not, I’m always so thankful that I managed to drag myself out from under the duvet and seize the day with both hands. The other morning I was particularly grateful as I was rewarded with the eerily quiet streets of Montmartre and views which took my breath away. I can’t believe I’ve lived in Paris for so long and never climbed to the very top of Sacré Cœur, luckily for me the wonderful Jessica suggested it and then joined me for a well-earned brunch afterwards.

You take beautiful photos! And photography is among one of my passions! If I have one, that it is, not visiting Sacre Coeur while I was in Paris a few years ago. I don’t know when I will be able to be back, probably not for a while. Anyway, I love the photos!
