Château de Chantilly
We’ve shared so much in the past years, our lives are so interwoven that I cannot imagine living without them. I feel as though we’ve learnt so much together, we’ve grown into the people we are today together and we’ve been there to pick each other up along the way, but soon enough their bedrooms will no longer be a footstep and a hug away from my own. It deeply saddens me that one day very soon they will no longer be in my life on a daily basis, as they are right now, that life will come between us and we will soon go our separate ways, instead I’m concentrating on the thought that growing apart doesn’t change the fact that for a long time we grew side by side and our roots will always be intertwined.
On this day we sat on the grass and made daisy chains and for a while it was as though no time had passed, that we were still the same innocent teenagers we were when we first visited the chateau all that time ago.

Lovely pictures Faye!
My best friend moved to the states 8 years ago, but we’re still as close as ever and we try to see/talk to each other as much as possible. Things will change, but I’m sure you and your friends will stay close even if you choose separate paths!

Ah thank you Laura that’s reassuring to hear – yes I definitely agree with you but it’s almost impossible to retain the same level of friendship when you’re not in one another’s lives on a daily basis but yes true friends are always there when you need them x
