Santorini appears to be one of the most sought after destinations of all the Greek islands and after spending a few minutes on the island I quickly understood why. Everywhere you look could make a picture perfect postcard so its nearly impossible not to be snap happy all the time. The highlight of our stay was a day of quad biking which gave us the freedom to drive from village to village at our own pace and stop to admire all the views along the way. A few other things not to be missed are the sunsets which will take your breath away, the red beach and Nea Kameni active volcano.
