Sushi Picnic

One of the best types of picnic food in my opinion has to be sushi. It’s easy, no-fuss and absolutely delicious. Sushi shop is our go to place for take-out sushi as it has fun, inventive flavours that you mightn’t find elsewhere. It even caters for those who don’t like raw fish with substitutes like the chicken caesar california roll or for the enthused frenchie a foie gras and fig roll. Personally I’m all for the raw fish opting for sashimi any day, but its good to know there’s a wide variety and I’d be lying if I said that foie gras sushi didn’t slightly intrigue me! We made the most of what feels like a prolonged summer and ate ours along the Seine.

Looks like an absolutely perfect picnic! I used to order from Sushi Shop all the time when I lived in Paris, but I never thought of having an outdoor picnic.
