Around the Louvre

Nothing excites me more than showing a loved one around the city which I love the most. This weekend I have my dearest Mum visiting me, her sole request is a trip to the Louvre and whilst I am slightly intimidated by its enormity, I always enjoy my time spent there especially perusing the sculpture halls. With the imminent arrival of her plane, I started reflecting on the last time my family visited and the wonderful time we had taking in this beautiful building from the outside.

Thank goodness the first time and only time I have been there I book the fasttrack tickets because as my sister and I were leaving the queues were massive! Great pictures by the way. says:
