Claus
Dining out for breakfast should happen much more often; it gives you something to wake up for and puts you in the best mood for the rest of the day. Far too often breakfast is overlooked and replaced with a black coffee and a cigarette by Parisians so it is wonderful to find somewhere like Claus which truly celebrates this meal of the day. Nestled in the 1st arrondissement in the heart of Paris, just a few minutes walk away from the Louvre, there couldn’t be a more central nor happier place to start your day. The other morning I met up with the absolutely adorable Ylenia where we ate delicious muesli and yoghurt accompanied by a selection of other breakfast goods. It was the perfect morning.
And how adorable are those egg covers?!
